Emily LeVan, DNP, APRN, NP-C, ENP-C, PMHNP-C

Emily LeVan is a triple board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Emergency Nurse Practitioner, and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She brings over a decade of experience caring for patients in primary care, emergency medicine, urgent care, and addiction medicine.

In 2022, Emily was honored with the State Award for Excellence in Vermont by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners for her dedication to advancing patient care.

Emily is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based care. She believes in supporting individuals across the lifespan on their journey toward healing and wellness. She strives to meet individuals where they are helping to empower them to become the best version of themselves.

A proficient Spanish speaker, she has also served on medical service trips in Nicaragua, Bolivia, and Guatemala, reflecting her commitment to global health and community service.

She earned a bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College (Go U Bears!), Master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati (MSN - FNP), Poster-Master’s Certificates from the University of Texas at Houston (ENP) and Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions (PMHNP), and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Duke University, where her scholarly work focused on improving education and care delivery in the Bolivian Amazon.

Outside of her clinical work, Emily enjoys running marathons and ultramarathons, embracing endurance and resilience both in life and in practice.
